I provide independent financial document analysis to help clients make better sense of Form E disclosure and the supporting paperwork provided with it.

 

This service is designed to help identify:

• missing documents

• inconsistent figures

• unexplained balances or transactions

• gaps between the Form E and supporting disclosure

• points that may require clarification

• focused questions to raise with a solicitor or in further disclosure

 

Document quality
Documents must be clear, readable and ideally free from handwritten notes, highlighting, annotations or mark-ups. These make review more time-consuming and can require information to be keyed in manually. Where documents are poor quality, heavily marked up, or difficult to read, additional time may be charged at £95 per hour.

Additional work

Supplementary disclosure, follow-up questions, updated reviews, spreadsheet-based analysis and work outside the page allowance are charged at £95 per hour.

Very large bundles, poor-quality scans, heavily annotated documents, or papers requiring significant manual data entry may be reviewed in stages or quoted separately.
